While staying at Normandale, you can rest assured that your dogs will be looked after as if they were our own. We make their stay comfortable and enjoyable, by adding those little touches that matter.
For instance, have you ever wondered what your pet gets up to when he’s away on holiday?
We have disposable cameras available for sale at reception. We will take his holiday photos whilst he is staying with us and hand you the completed film when you come to take him home (You can bring in your own disposable camera if you prefer). We do not charge for this service.
Every kennel has its own treat pot hanging on the door, which is always full of treats, whether you bring in your own or not. Toys and playthings galore are supplied by us and if your pet chooses a particular favourite, he is allowed to take it home with him. If your pet is with us for Christmas, he will receive a Christmas stocking and if your pet is in on his birthday, tell us and he will have a birthday present to take home.
We really want your pet to feel part of our family whilst he is with us.
All dogs are insured while staying with us, to cover vets’ bills, for example. Full details are available on request.
Please note that all dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and must be inoculated against kennel cough.

CCTV surveillance cameras are in operation throughout the premises 24 hours a day, for your dog’s safety and the security of our staff.
